A charming place, in a house with history and a garden where you can hear the silence of the countryside.
The house dates from 1860, as stated in the carved stone on the door. In December 2000, we bought the Parish House of Reocín Valley and began its restoration helped by our family and friends, creating our own home, opened to all those friends who arrived with the idea of rest and escape from routine.
The result was a house full of life and color, whose secret lies in the balance between attention to detail and respect for the structure of traditional mountain house.
Our personality invades La Cotia, making it a unique space where our guests can lose themselves and ease in the countryside.

Unique paintings by great Cantabrian artist decorate the walls, fabrics of different colours and materials covering beds and cushions, curtains that give life to the room when the wind comes through the open window … All are different in decor, small details, including the name of each of them being dedicated to the beings of Cantabrian mythology.
